fellow animal rights activist danae kelley was arrested saturday night on trumped up charges of trespassing and felony stalking during a legal demonstration against supporters of huntingdon life sciences. she has been at the detention facility of the san diego jail since then. her arraignment was today, and she should be released tonight as the judge is not filing criminal charges at the moment.

All charges associated with the Lake Forest 8 case were dropped in pre-trial proceedings today under the condition that the 8 activists do not harass any worker associated with Abbott Labs for one year. This is no way applies to legal demonstrations and is a huge victory for the 8!
